BBA in Human Resource Management, MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Bolton, and CIPS qualified. That combination of hands-on delivery experience and formal operations training underpins how I build and run teams today.
Established the company's Bangladesh office from the ground up and built and led a 40-person team delivering support services to a UK operation, over 3 years.
Established the Dhaka offshore delivery team, having previously served as Senior Team Lead in Manchester, UK — giving me direct operating experience on both ends of a UK–Bangladesh delivery relationship.
Led operations for a Dutch company — my direct COO-level experience of 2 years with a European e-commerce Supply Chain
Years of direct freelance client delivery preceding the above roles, where my operating discipline was first built.
A public complaint portal developed for a Member of Parliament's office, enabling citizens to submit issues that the office tracks and resolves. Delivered using AI-assisted development to move quickly from concept to a live, working product.
A GovTech AI platform currently in development, designed to map and report on ongoing development and progress. Government-facing problems have real digital solutions when someone commits to building them.
Built and managed teams of up to 40 people — hiring, training, structuring, and retaining talent from the ground up (Global Learning Pathway, Career Developers).
Managed cross-border shipments from China to Europe end-to-end, and ran warehouse operations across Europe — real logistics execution, not theory.
Designed and developed government-facing digital systems.
Built and deployed AI-integrated web applications from concept to live product.
Ran e-commerce operations and customer support on Shopify, and managed support desks across HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Gorgias.
Ran day-to-day operations and team coordination using ClickUp, Notion, and Slack.
Managed scheduling, time tracking, and recruitment using Planday, Hubstaff, and Zoho Recruit.
Handled finance operations in QuickBooks and Zoho Books, and ran daily productivity across Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Used ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and Gamma to accelerate delivery, Canva for design and visual content, and DialPad for direct client and team calling.
Offshore staffing solutions serving multiple industries — providing end-to-end hiring, training, office setup, and team management for international clients. Backdesk handles the full staffing lifecycle so clients can focus on directing the work, not running the operation.
B2B IT services with a primary focus on government projects — government system solutions, digital infrastructure implementation, and capital investment facilitation, including structuring investor entry for new businesses.
I don't delegate hiring — I personally interviewed every candidate brought onto the 40-person team at Career Developers. I bring that same direct, hands-on approach to building and vetting your next team.
Beyond general operations, I've managed lead generation teams and marketing teams inclusive of video and motion graphics production — capability that extends naturally alongside a web delivery business.
I run day-to-day office operations across Zoho Workplace, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace — I can stand up the operational backbone for a growing team from day one.
I contribute physical office space as part of this partnership, and I bring personal relationships with government officials and political figures — connections built over years that open doors, facilitate introductions, and support positioning when pursuing public sector opportunities.
I'm working to consolidate my ventures — Backdesk Solutions and Nexstate Corporation — under one coherent umbrella rather than running them as separate, disconnected efforts.
Beyond that, I'm actively pursuing expansion into new sectors, both IT and non-IT, with a consistent bias toward cross-border, export-oriented work. A UK-based, export-facing digital business fits directly into that trajectory.
The barrier isn't capability — it's bandwidth and capital to deploy that capability at scale.
Running two ventures largely on my own creates a direct constraint: there isn't yet enough concurrent client work to justify expanding the team further, and holding both businesses together limits the sustained focus that international client acquisition requires.
Limited investment capital to build a team capable of generating meaningful revenue. The constraint isn't skill or experience — it's the resources needed to deploy both at scale.
Responsible by default, not by supervision.
I bring a principled approach to every engagement — no shortcuts, no misrepresentation.
I complete work without needing to be pushed. Accountability is built in.
Consistent delivery across multiple ventures and international clients has required — and built — rigorous personal discipline.
Open to researching and shaping the right structure together, rather than arriving with a rigid proposal — the three options on the next slide are the starting point for that conversation.
Three distinct partnership paths — choose what fits Aventus best.
Numbers, terms, and structure remain open — this is a starting point, not a final ask.
Finalize the model that works for both sides and begin building together.
We've structured this as three distinct paths, not a single fixed ask — Aventus can choose the model that best fits its goals.
via Backdesk Solutions
Backdesk provides fully-managed staffing for Aventus — hiring, training, office setup, equipment, payroll, and salaries — all handled end-to-end. Aventus simply directs the work.
Cost: starting at $400 per employee per month, all-inclusive.
Available, but not recommended if Aventus is aiming for significant long-term growth — it covers staffing needs without building any shared stake in the business's success.
via Nexstate Corporation
Nexstate funds hiring, office setup, and equipment at approximately $500/employee/month, and leads hiring, training, and financial management as the team grows. New hires are employed directly under Aventus. A revenue growth target is agreed before each hire — starting at $500/month in sustained growth.
In exchange: 30% of net profit. No equity. Specific numbers remain open for discussion.
Tarif, directly
I work directly inside Aventus to build and run the growing team, execute the agreed growth strategy, and drive sales — hands-on, day to day. Beyond this partnership, my intent is to build a lasting working relationship with the founder, open to collaborating on future projects and ventures together as they come up.
In exchange: 30% profit share and 20% equity. (Vesting terms to be finalized.)
I'm also open to a customised arrangement — if none of these fit exactly, I'd welcome Aventus's own proposal on structure and terms.
The opportunity is clear. The capability is here. All that's left is the conversation. Whether you're ready to move forward or just want to explore further, I'd love to connect directly.
Every great partnership starts with a single meeting. Let's make it count.
